Responsibilities
• Be the first point of contact for guests and exceed their expectations• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous service• Determine guest's needs and answer questions about products and services• Recommend additional products or services based on guest interests• Inform guests of promotions, events, and services within the store• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges• Execute resets and planograms• Ensure store cleanliness and merchandising to company standards• Participate in inventory preparation and execution• Stay informed about products to better serve guests
Requirements
• High school diploma is preferred• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred• Passion for superior guest service and building strong relationships• Competency with sales and troubleshooting• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Ability to stand, bend, and lift 50 pounds of merchandise for a full shift
