• Deliver exceptional guest experience• Drive sales through customer service• Promote and educate on credit and loyalty programs• Execute store merchandising direction and standards• Manage product flow, inventory flexing, and store operations• Utilize company standard software, systems, and procedures• Engage in teamwork to accomplish goals• Perform assigned duties• Work independently and with a team to solve problems and achieve goals• Have a helpful attitude toward guests and team members
Requirements
• Customer service experience preferred• Strong verbal communication skills• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes• Utilization of Zebra PDA and POS Systems• Ability to work varying hours and schedules• Must have adequate vision, speech, hearing, and physical ability• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry at least 20 pounds• Must have full body rotation and mobility• Must possess reliable transportation
