Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional guest experience and drive sales through customer service• Promote and educate guests on credit and loyalty programs to build loyalty• Execute store merchandising direction and standards• Manage product flow, inventory flexing, and store operations functions• Utilize company standard software, systems, and procedures• Work as a team to accomplish goals• Perform assigned duties• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Customer service experience preferred• Strong verbal communication skills• Ability to work independently and with a team• Helpful attitude towards guests and team members• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes• Utilization of Zebra PDA and POS Systems• Flexible availability for varying hours, shifts, and holidays• Adequate vision, speech, hearing, and physical ability• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry at least 20 pounds• Full body rotation and mobility• Reliable transportation
