• Deliver exceptional guest experience and drive shoe department sales• Promote and educate guests on credit and loyalty programs to build loyalty• Execute merchandising direction and maintain brand consistency• Utilize company software and systems• Collaborate with team to achieve goals• Perform assigned duties• Provide customer service• Work independently and with a team• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes• Use Zebra PDA and POS Systems
Requirements
• Customer service experience preferred• Strong verbal communication skills• Attentive to guests and team members• Ability to follow processes• Familiarity with company software and systems• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays• Adequate vision, speech, hearing, and physical abilities• Ability to lift and carry at least 20 pounds• Full body mobility and reliable transportation
