Urgently seeking an BCBA with an organization that works with special needs children. The BCBA position is full time. Essential Duties of the BCBA:
Comply with Laws, Rules and Regulations governing provision of care for patients in Texas Supervise RBTs Develop and implement behavior treatment plans Develop and implement behavior intervention plans Develop and implement skills acquisition social skills programs Monitor client's programming needs Collaborate with other team members of the child's education environment Qualifications of the BCBA:
REQUIRED : Master's Degree in Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field Must be licensed as BCBA 2 years of previous experience working with special needs children to include individuals with autism spectrum disorder Excellent Leadership, interpersonal, time management, communication, writing, problem solving skills Demonstrated knowledge and experience of ABA including DTT (will be required) If you are looking for your next BCBA position, look no further.
