About the Role:
As our B2B Marketing and Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Lead Generation:
Crafting and executing strategies for lead generation across various channels, including online campaigns and inbound marketing.
Enhancing on-site lead conversion tactics and collaborating with our product and tech teams to optimize landing pages.
Ensuring seamless data capture in our CRM system, preferably Salesforce.
Sales Process Management and Optimization:
Taking ownership of the sales process, from end to end, and implementing enhancements for improved efficiency.
Defining and refining processes in Salesforce while establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and marketing activities.
Analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns, making data-driven decisions to refine approaches.
Supporting Retail Agent Management:
Designing and executing nurturing email marketing campaigns for prospects and existing agents.
Streamlining the agent signup and integration process to ensure a smooth transition and effective onboarding.
Providing ongoing support and resources to enhance agent performance and integration into our sales network.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, with extensive knowledge of CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
Proven track record of developing successful lead generation and sales optimization strategies.
Strong analytical skills and experience with sales metrics and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to mentor others and drive performance and professional growth.
