Responsibilities
• Monitor and manage the program budget• Establish and achieve session, client, and financial targets• Retain and grow the existing client base• Build and maintain relationships with parents, community organizations, and local baseball teams• Increase leads and guest traffic through community partnerships and cross-promotions• Tailor training plans to meet the needs of players• Maintain a clean and visually appealing environment• Recruit, train, and supervise baseball trainers• Provide ongoing support, feedback, and development opportunities to staff• Uphold core values and create a culture that resonates throughout the facility
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent experience• College or professional playing or coaching experience required• Previous experience providing individualized, private training is preferred• Strong understanding of the local baseball and softball community• Ability to work cooperatively with different personality types and departments• Excellent organizational and scheduling abilities• Availability for full-time work including weekends and holidays• Financial acumen and ability to assess the financial impact of decisions• Ability to kneel, bend, reach, climb, and stand for long durations of time• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills• Passion for creating an inviting environment aligned with TOCA values
