Baseball/Softball Lesson Instructor

Six1Five Sports Training is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Baseball/Softball Lesson Instructor to join our team. As a leader in sports training, we provide comprehensive and personalized instruction to athletes of all ages and skill levels. The successful candidate will have a passion for the game and a desire to help players develop their skills and reach their full potential.
Responsibilities Deliver high-quality baseball/softball lessons to athletes ranging from beginners to advanced players. Tailor lesson plans to meet individual player needs and goals. Provide instruction on fundamental skills such as hitting, pitching, fielding, and base running. Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Develop and implement effective training techniques and drills. Create a positive and motivating learning environment. Promote safety awareness and enforce proper technique and sportsmanship. Requirements Previous experience coaching or playing baseball/softball at a high level. Strong knowledge of the game and current training techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well with athletes of all ages and skill levels. Organizational skills to plan and manage lesson schedules. Patience and enthusiasm to inspire and motivate athletes. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
