The Bartender creates an excellent guest experience that exceeds expectations by preparing and serving classic and innovative beverages. The Bartender assesses guest needs, preferences, makes recommendations, and take orders. A knowledge of mixology is crucial to mix ingredients for alcoholic or nonalcoholic beverages and the Bartender is able to present them professionally. The Bartender will also perform cashiering duties as well as ensuring only guests who are 21 years old and over are served alcohol. Moreover, the Bartender must create a warm, welcoming environment for guests, and ensures each beverage is crafted with care. Salary: $16.28/hour + tips
