Miel is a small, farm to table restaurant with a neighborhood following.
The bar serves 6 seats and the restaurant tables. The focus is on classics and versions of classics with a constantly changing drink menu. Farm to table applies to the bar as well with an herb garden to use on site. Strong spirits knowledge, speed and costing a must.
This is an oppotunity to have many regular guests and work with high quality product on a very professional team. Team pools tips and truly works as a team.
