Responsibilities
• Set up bars for operation in accordance to all checklists• Prepare cocktails for Cocktail Servers and Guests using approved recipes• Interact with Guests in a manner which makes them feel comfortable and welcome• Provide excellent guest service in a high-volume setting• Monitor proper par levels of all supplies at assigned bars• Responsible for the security and accuracy of assigned bank• Follow the sequence of service specific to the department• Distinguish between different denominations of currency and make change• Maintain a clean working area• Retrieve supplies and maintain a clean working area
Requirements
• Must be over 21 years of age• Must speak English fluently and be able to write in basic English• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and a variety of shifts• Must have High School Diploma or GED equivalent• Must be able to obtain and upkeep any required work cards• Must have 1-year+ experience with cash handling• Must have 1-year+ experience in the hospitality industry• Knowledge of and ability to mix a wide variety of drinks
