Bartender

Job Summary for Bartender & Server:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, possess excellent customer service skills, and also be able to serve food with knowledge and excitement. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks to customers following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations with enthusiasm
- Operate the Toast POS system to process orders and payments
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
- When not making drinks, be an active part of the dining room team
Skills:
- Previous experience in bartending and the food service industry
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Sales skills to promote specials and increase revenue
