Bartender

Shake Things Up! Join Our Team! We are currently seeking a creative and enthusiastic Part-Time Bartender to join our dynamic restaurant team and work Sunday, Monday and Tuesday dinner shifts. Position: Bartender

Location: Mint Progressive Indian in Downtown Seattle

Schedule: Part-time: Sunday, Monday and Tuesday dinner shifts

Compensation: Hourly plus tips

Key Responsibilities: Drink Preparation: Mix and serve drinks according to our standard recipes, customize orders based on guest preferences, and maintain an organized, clean bar area.
Customer Service: Engage with guests to create a friendly and inviting bar atmosphere, recommend beverage pairings, and ensure all patrons have a high-quality experience.
Inventory Management: Keep track of all bar inventory, including liquors, wines, beers, and other supplies. Restock items as needed to ensure the bar is well-equipped at all times.
Compliance: Adhere to all local and state laws regarding beverage service, including verifying age for alcohol consumption and handling intoxication professionally.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a bartender with a strong understanding of mixology, different types of alcohol, and bar equipment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage well with customers.
A team player who is as passionate about customer service as they are about creating excellent drinks.
