Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a diverse range of craft cocktails to meet the high standards of our clientele.
Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a smooth and efficient bar service.
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring exceptional service.
Uphold cleanliness and organization standards behind the bar, including regular maintenance of equipment and ingredients.
Requirements:
Minimum of two years of bartending experience, with at least one year focused on craft cocktails.
Extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and mixology techniques.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information:
Upon being contacted for an interview, candidates will be required to complete a bartending competency test to assess their skill level. Successful applicants will undergo a comprehensive three-day training program, culminating in written and practical exams to ensure suitability for the role.
