Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and take orders promptlyMix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standardsAssess customers' preferences and make recommendationsCheck identification to verify legal drinking ageMaintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassesHandle cash and credit transactions accuratelyMonitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed, notify if stock levels are lowAdhere to all safety and sanitation policiesUphold a positive and professional attitude at all timesFull dining and drink service for bar patrons and drink service for the restaurant as wellQualifications: Proven experience as a bartender/ barback preferredHave worked for ZOMO from 18 monthsExtensive knowledge of drink recipes and cocktail mixing techniquesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectivelyAttention to detail and accuracy in handling transactionsMust be of legal drinking ageCertification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS) is a plusUnderstanding of local liquor lawsPhysical ability to handle bar tasks including lifting kegs, cases, & bottles
