As a Luxury Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and providing an unparalleled beverage experience to our esteemed clientele. Responsibilities QUALIFICATIONS: Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and mixology techniques Proven experience as a Mixologist in a luxury bar or high-end hospitality setting Excellent customer service and communication skills Proactively visit with and interact with guests; build loyalty and face/name recognition Ability to work in a fast-paced bar environment and multitask effectively Flexible schedule to accommodate varying bar hours, including evenings and weekends RESPONSIBILITIES: Cocktail Creation : Craft a variety of cocktails with precision and creativity, showcasing your mixology expertise Demonstrate a deep knowledge of mixology techniques, including muddling, shaking, stirring, infusing, and garnishing to perfection, resulting in visually appealing and flavorful drinks Customer Engagement : Interact with customers, offering recommendations and ensuring a positive bar experience Offer personalized beverage recommendations and engage with guests to ensure an extraordinary bar experience, anticipating their needs, and surpassing their expectations Ingredient Knowledge : Stay informed about different spirits, wines, and ingredients, providing insights to customers Bar Presentation : Maintain a clean and organized bar area, enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal Collaboration : Work closely with other bar staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience as a Mixologist or in a similar role with at least 2 years experience
