Able to maintain flexible work schedule including overtime as Ideal Candidate Will Have: A minimum total of 3 years of fine-dining bartender and/or server experience. High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate, college degree. Must be detail Must be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment. Punctual, regular, and reliable Strong communication skills and ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to occasionally stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop or kneel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
