Responsibilities
• Operate the coffee station and make/suggest regular and specialty coffee drinks• Engage guests in dialogue and make them feel welcome• Complete pre-event tasks, set up and prep, and manage inventory• Communicate with various points of contact to ensure guest satisfaction• Address guest complaints and provide satisfactory resolution• Accurately complete necessary paperwork at the end of each shift• Follow assigned closing duties and clean/prepare the location• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays• Ability to work in extreme temperature fluctuations and around excessive noise• Additional related duties as needed
Requirements
• Must have a valid Food Handler Card• Must have a H.S Diploma/G.E.D. or currently enrolled in high school• Must complete all pre-employment forms• Successfully pass a background check• Must be able to work in a fast-paced high-stress environment• Preferred 1.5 + years Barista experience in high volume restaurant environment or another park, zoo, stadium, or arena
Key Skills Needed
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a group• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and be on feet for several hours
