Sharetea Desert Ridge in Phoenix, AZ is looking baristas! We are located on 21001 North Tatum Boulevard, Suite 36 1230. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged. You should be able to work a minimum of 3-4 days a week, weekends, nights, holidays included. Hours range from 15-25 hours per week for part time. We also promote from within to shift lead positions. We are not hiring for seasonal positions, only for long term positions. (minimum 6 months)

We're looking for someone reliable and personable who is dedicated to honing their craft and knowledge of tea. While experience is great, we care more about who you are as a person and what you can bring to our team. We're excited to train enthusiastic and driven people who care about what they do.
You are expected to: -Be helpful and hospitable to all guests and fellow teammates -Taste and check everything to maintain quality and to further your own knowledge as a barista-Stay knowledgeable about our menu and loose leaf tea offerings-Support your team in various ways including: -Keep the store front and seating areas clean and organized-Washing equipment-Bussing tables -Light prep work: cutting fruit, restocking supplies-Be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
Greet customers walking in and exiting; and take drink orders Prepare quality drinks Operate a POS system and receive payment from customers in cash or credit card, provide accurate change to customers Deliver excellent customer service to our guest. Be responsible, positive attitude and motivational. Maintain cleanliness of the shop: bus table, sweep/mop floors, organize, dust, clean Prep work – measure, cutting fruits, cook boba, brew tea leave, ice cream prep Restock supply (must be able to lift up to 40lbs) Take out trash to large bin outside of building Team player Has integrity and take initiative Outgoing and friendly personality Ability to multitask while paying special attention to details Preferred experience in a barista setting (but not necessary) Must have or willing to obtain up to date food handler's certificate Must have a reliable form of transportation Must be at least 16 years of age Must be able to handle or adapt to an extremely fast paced work environment that requires efficient and clear communication skills Job Types: Part-time
