Barista

Armor Coffee Co. in Allen, TX is looking for one barista to join our 19 person strong team. We are located on 190 E Stacy Rd #408. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, outgoing, detail-oriented, fun, and hard-working. Ideally you should love coffee as well... which is hard not to love! WE DO REQUIRE WEEKEND AVAILABILITY!
Prior Barista / Service Industry work preferred. Job Responsibilities: Smile and welcome customers when they enter the shop Prepare & serve handcrafted coffee beverages Serve fresh baked pastries and handmade sandwiches Serve high quality craft beer and wines Provide 1 to 1 service to all customers; from hello to goodbye Follow Armor Coffee Co standards everyday Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Job Qualifications: Must be passionate about taking care of customers and making them happy Contribute daily to the Armor Coffee team Get to know, support, and care for your Armor Coffee family Enjoy working in a fun, yet demanding and fast paced environment To succeed, we feel you will need to have a great attitude and lots of energy.
