Job Description: We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as BarBack. As a BarBack, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bartenders and ensuring smooth operations behind the bar.
Responsibilities:
rRestock bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, ice, and glassware
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces and disposing of empty bottles and trash.
Retrieve and replenish kegs, beer, and wine from storage areas wash and polish glassware and utensils
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests as required.
Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and hazard-free work environment
Assist with opening and closing duties as directed by management
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
