Responsibilities
• Support the Bartender and Beverage Server in all aspects of service• Stock and maintain supplies in all service areas• Inspect and prepare service ware• Assist with removing soiled glassware and plates• Clean and stock glassware• Maintain cleanliness of lounge and service areas• Assist with post shift clean up and side work duties• Maintain clean and organized storage space• Attend training sessions and meetings• Perform physical and mental requirements
Requirements
• Basic knowledge of Wine & Spirits and food• Exceptional guest service skills• Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds• Certifications: "Certified Food Service Manager", "TIPS" or equivalent• Effective leadership, management, organizational, and communication skills• Ability to speak, read, and write English• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays• High School Diploma or equivalent• One + years of experience as a Barback in high volume, upscale settings
