The Bar Manager oversees the bar program standards, managing bar expectations and employees including hiring, training and scheduling. The Bar Manager oversees the training and development of staff while maintaining an inclusive work environment.  The Bar Manager assists the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations, objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. Must be at least 21 years old Able to pass a background screening 1 year of restaurant management experience An above-average knowledge of beer, spirits, and wine Exceptional customer service skills Excellent basic math skills and the ability to operate a cash register or POS system Able to communicate clearly and effectively with others Physical requirements for Bar Manager with Mad Mex Monroeville:
