As the Bar Manager at Lucky Shotz, you will oversee all aspects of our bar operations, ensuring exceptional service, efficiency, and profitability. You will be responsible for managing a dynamic team, curating an enticing beverage menu, maintaining inventory levels, and fostering an inviting atmosphere that keeps patrons coming back for more.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of bartenders and barbacks to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold Lucky Shotz's standards of excellence. Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. Beverage Program Development: Collaborate with the ownership team to develop and implement innovative and profitable beverage programs that cater to our diverse clientele. Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and implement strategies to minimize waste and maximize profitability. Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to ensure their satisfaction, handle any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, and actively seek feedback to continuously improve the guest experience. Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge, including product knowledge, mixology techniques, and customer service best practices. Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of success in bar management and operations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. In-depth knowledge of beverage trends, mixology techniques, and industry best practices. Proficiency in inventory management software and POS systems. Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe). Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Join Our Team:
