Responsibilities
• Practice, support and promote the Mission, Vision, and Values of Spokane Tribe Casino• Provide service within established policy, procedure and in accordance with event BEO• Present food and beverages to guests• Perform bartending duties as directed and/or assigned• Provide excellent guest service and promote positive guest relations• Meet deadlines as needed• Stock, store and care for all banquet equipment• Assist in the washing and stocking glassware and utensils as needed• Clean banquet and storage areas as needed• Ensure banquet areas are clean and restocked
Requirements
• Must be at least 21 years of age• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred• One (1) year restaurant/deli experience preferred• Obtain and maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit• Obtain and maintain a valid MAST certification• Demonstrate efficient and healthy work habits• Demonstrate knowledge and skill in alcohol safety awareness• Demonstrate working knowledge of P.O.S. systems• Demonstrate effective communication skill both written and verbal• Read, write and speak English fluently
