Overview: We are seeking a passionate hospitality professional; strengths in service, thorough knowledge of the guest's experience, and an "exactly like nothing else" service attitude for the position of Banquets Server at the Lytle Park Hotel . This Expert is responsible for serving food and/or beverages in a friendly, courteous and professional manner according to hotel's high standards of quality.
The primary responsibilities of the Banquets Server at the Lytle Park Hotel include but are not limited to:
Set up banquet room as instructed by the Banquets Manager to include linen, service ware and glassware. Attend pre-shift meetings before events to learn function particulars, includi ng guest and hotel expectations, guest counts, menu offerings, VIPS and all other pertinent information Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner. Serve the food and/or beverage according to the steps of service that the Banquet Manager communicates for the function to ensure consistency in the order throughout the banquet. Promptly bus dishes as guests complete each course and/or meal at the end of the meal or function. Replenish beverages as necessary, and check with guests for overall satisfaction. Positive Genuine Honorable Caring Passionate Open Minded Must have at least (1) or more years of experience in Hospitality, preferably within the Food & Beverage or Banquet department.
