Delaware North Sportservice is searching for part-time Banquet Bartenders to join us at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Banquet Bartenders are responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at banquets and events responsibly while providing an excellent guest experience at all times.

Delaware North operates concessions, premium dining, and restaurants at the Green Bay Packers' Lambeau Field and Titletown since 2012. At Titletown we manage The Turn, featuring Topgolf Swing Suites, and operate special events including seasonal sledding and ice skating.
Receives drink orders from patrons or servers. Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures. Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons following standard recipes and using company.
Standardized proportions; serves wine and bottled beer or draws draught beer. Enters drink orders into the point-of-sale system and collects payment from patrons for drinks served. Completes Daily Bar Sales Report accurately. Maintains bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies. Cleans maintains, and stores bar and cocktail area and bar stock; keeps the area clean of glassware. Prepares and replenishes appetizers and/or garnishes as needed. Performs other duties as assigned. Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Company's GuestPath Universal Service Standards. One year's previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment is preferred. Ability to complete and maintain alcohol service certificate. Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately total guest checks. Possess basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand names. Verbal communication skills; listening skills with the ability to take beverage orders and fill those orders correctly. Ability to remain standing for the entire length of shift. Constant walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions. Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally.
