Provide excellent service to customers in accordance with bank policiesOpen deposit accounts, process transactions, and sell bank productsAssist customers with maintenance requests and resolve service issues

Responsibilities
• Deliver superior customer service and be responsive to customer needs• Develop and retain customer base, greet customers by name, and resolve issues• Maintain confidentiality of customer business and follow security standards• Uncover customer needs and refer to appropriate business partners• Maintain balancing and error record, examine checks for endorsement• Follow operational standards for security, risk management, and compliance• Complete required training, meet or exceed sales referrals• Maintain knowledge of products and services, offer solutions to problems• Make calls to clients/prospects, perform special projects as assigned
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED• 1-2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education/experience• Fast-paced environment with high accuracy and attention to detail• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office software• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Positive and professional attitude, proven team player• Reliable transportation and ability to travel for meetings and fill in at other branches• Trustworthy and confidential behavior
