The Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Lead Analyst is a senior professional role responsible for providing management with an analysis and insight of Citi's financial results in coordination with the broader Finance team. The overall objective is to contribute to provide deposit forecasting for Wealth deposits, drive standardization across forecasting, reporting and valuation methodologies for deposits and help influence deposit strategy for the business and EMTResponsibilities:Execute analysis of annual 3-year Strategic/Operating Plans, CCAR PPNR forecasts, QMMF forecasts, quarterly outlooks in partnership with business FP&A, and LFO teams.Create deposit reports and meet with finance team to clearly summarize financial trends and provide insight to senior managementDrive standardization for forecasting, reporting and valuation methodologies for depositsActively monitor deposit pricing (beta) trendsHelp influence directional strategy and provide guidance on significant business/product decisionsPrepare analytics in support of LFO and EMT ReviewsExecute analysis of deposit product profitabilityDevelop and maintain relationships with key partners and senior management to influence behavior and decision makingHas the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:10+ years of relevant experienceExperience within financial servicesExperience providing financial analysis for monthly forecasts, strategic multi-year forecasts, and annual budgetsProficient Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPointKnowledge in additional systems including Oracle, Essbase, and SAPConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationEducation:Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experienceMaster's degree preferred------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group:Finance------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Balance Sheet Management------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:New York New York United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$176,720.00 - $265,080.00In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
