Responsibilities
• Disassemble and assemble industrial bakery equipment• Complete cleaning and sanitizing of industrial bakery equipment• Properly dispense, concentrate and titrate chemicals• Operate trash compactors• Work on ladders and scissor lifts• Complete general cleaning and sanitizing of the bakery area• All other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Accurate/detail oriented• Adhere to sanitation/hygiene standards• Willing to learn/perform variety of job tasks• Work in a fast paced production environment• Work in a noisy environment frequently• Work well alone/with others• Work with minimal supervision• Basic math aptitude• Read/follow cleaning labels/instructions• Work in a safety conscious environment
Key Skills Needed
• Prior sanitation/janitorial experience is a plus
Benefits
• Starting rate of pay is $18.00 per hour• Additional Overnight Premium Pay of $2.00 per hour• Weekend Premium Pay: additional $3.00 an hour between the hours of 7:30pm Friday and 5:00am Monday• A year end cash bonus - 40% of profits shared with our coworkers• 2 Weeks Vacation within 1st year of employment• Paid sick time• Paid Holidays• Health/dental/vision/life insurance• Footwear allowance
