Summary: To prepare baked goods for the resorts food and beverage outlets. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Possess a solid background in breads, pastries, cakes andsauces with the knowledge of cake decorating techniques includingwedding cakes. 2. Handle knives excellently and operate all kitchen equipment in asafe, efficient and effective manner. 3. Be able to work with others well in a close environment with a learning attitude possessing speed and efficiency. 4. Be able to assume control of the kitchen in the absence of a SousChef. 5. Be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. 6. Follow the kitchen chain of command; ie Chefs, Cook I, Cook II, Cook III. 7. Take an active role in the training of new cooks. 8. Duties will range from creative to redundant with large volumebaking on a daily basis. 9. Perform other duties as required. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must be at least 18 years old, have a safe driving record and the ability to obtain a Missouri class E or Arkansas P designated drivers license.
