Responsibilities: · Complete daily baking of all AM pastries
· Scale, mix and bake Orwashers recipes
· Decorate cakes and cupcakes. Knowledge of basic cake decorating.
· Maintains exceptional cleanliness and maintains equipment to optimal specifications
· Passionate about and has knowledge of bread making, as well as classic baking techniques and procedures
· Leads by example, inspiring staff to deliver a memorable food experience
Essential Functions: · The ability to speak, understand, read and write in English, and comprehend and follow written and verbal direction. The ability to understand basic math
· The ability to work independently or as part of a team
· The ability to lift at least 30 pounds on a regular basis
· The ability to bend, stoop, stand and perform extensive walking for 8-10 hours a day
· Adaptable in fast-paced and challenging work environment

· Able to work nights, weekends and holidays, and variable schedule, per the needs of the business

· Maintains general knowledge of the restaurant, location, transportation, management team, etc.
· Ability to utilize traditional software programs such as Gmail, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
· Ensure that all staff are compliant with Company's policies and procedures, as well as city, state and federal laws
· Attend mandatory meetings including staff meetings, leadership meetings, etc.
2+ year of experience with baking pastries, cake production, and other confections working in a restaurant or in a pastry production kitchen
