The Lost Bean in Tustin, CA is looking for a baker to join our team. We are located on 13011 Newport Ave suite 104. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working. Responsibilities
Weigh and measure ingredients Able to read recipes Mix and blend batters Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form sweet rolls, pie crusts, tarts, cookies, or other products. Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods Prepare and maintain inventory Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment Stock product able to lift 50 lb. Qualifications
Attention to detail in all aspects of baking Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal Experience as a Baker minimum 2 years experience Other Information
We are looking for a part-time and possible full time baker, baking bread a plus. This can turn into a full time position as our output increases. Looking to add baked breads to our list of baked good we carry for whole sale and retail. We will be moving the bakery to a new location in old Orange before the end of 2023. Bring other ideas for baked items as we change our items many times a year. We are looking forward to reading your application.
