Responsibilities
• Create and build new products in healthcare industry• Participate in ideation and brainstorming phase• Determine appropriate technology stack• Prototype initial concepts• Incubate successful prototypes to production scale• Create and modify development process and procedures• Coordinate and triage incoming work• Ensure adherence to IT processes and procedures• Provide architecture and code-reviews• Mentor and guide junior members of programming department• Provide second level of support for problem-solving• Coordinate with IS and users for programming requirements• Comply with prioritization process
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience• 5+ years experience with computer language• Working knowledge of current technologies, programming languages, project management, and application development methodologies• Experience with AI, VR, AR is a plus• Digital health experience is a plus• Self-directed, comfortable with change, willing to try new things
