Backend Operations Executive

We are looking out candidate who is holding Green Card/ or else having H1B Visa ,More preference to the candidates who have worked with Gems and Jewellery Industry
To handle Stock Management, Inventory of Loose Diamonds/ Jewellery,
To handle E-Commerce Activities including Shipping, Imports-Exports,
To handle all related Backend and Logistics operations.
Candidate should be well-versed in Computer Applications for handling emails and to maintain MIS reports
Preparing Sales reports and various other reports along with the suggestions.
Preparing diamond procurement list as per the order requirement.
Execution of production Orders and follow-up with Vendors
Maintaining Open Order Report and co-ordinating with NY team.
Handling routine back-office operations
