Bethesda Country Club is hiring Back Servers . The Back Servers will assist Servers in executing steps of service set forth by the Club. This includes anticipating member & guest needs and providing a memorable dining experience. Back Server Essential Functions: Provide immediate attention to all members/guests upon seating, which includes bread and water service Deliver food & beverage to the table Remove soiled dishes from the table Clean and re-set tables and chairs Polish silverware and glassware Maintain a clean working environment and server station Refill ice for the bar Set up and take down bread station and beverage station Have a working knowledge of the menu Ability to follow instructions as given Back Server Requirements: Ability to lift items frequently throughout the day Work in a team environment Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Attention to detail and pride in keeping the workplace clean and tidy Work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand and walk for 4 hours Ability to work inside or outside in cold or heat Job Posted by ApplicantPro
