You'll be communicating with, tracking, training, and coaching all of our evening Team Members on achieving and exceeding service and revenue goals during the evening shift.  The Back of House Restaurant Manager must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work efficiently. The Back of House Restaurant Manager serves as an executive Director in the restaurant, is in constant contact with the leadership team and Owner/Operator, and is responsible for the overall flow of the restaurant, and ultimately making sure the store is closed down properly and prepared for the next day.

Manage team member performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans. Maintain optimal staffing levels according to productivity benchmarks to ensure smooth kitchen Participate and/or lead team meetings to discuss operational updates, menu changes, and improvements to workflow. operations and positive customer experiences Implement and maintain operational procedures, ensuring consistency and efficiency in food preparation and kitchen processes Monitor inventory levels, proactively order supplies, and collaborate with the leadership team to ensure stock availability while minimizing waste Perform food safety and quality assessments and diligently report findings and coaching sessions performed.  Manage bulk prep and produce systems, optimizing production quantities to meet demand efficiently while minimizing excess. Conduct regular inspections of kitchen equipment, ensuring proper functioning, and addressing maintenance needs promptly. Qualifications and Skills: Must obtain Servsafe certification upon hire. Minimum of 2 years relevant management experience in the kitchen environment is required. Must have basic computer and iPad competencies (Microsoft, Outlook, Excel) Must have proven experience with food cost and inventory management Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 8 hours, and be physically active for extended periods. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when necessary. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment keeping a positive attitude under pressure. Ability to understand and interpret the Profit and Labor Reports.
