Back-End Api Engineer (Hybrid) - 4298

What You Will Be Doing

Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using best practices and industry standards.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate APIs into web and mobile applications.
Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure API performance, reliability, and scalability through monitoring, testing, and optimization.
Implement security best practices to protect APIs from vulnerabilities and attacks.
Document APIs and provide support to internal and external developers using the APIs.
Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in API development.
What You Will Need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
years of experience in back-end development, with a focus on API development.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages used for back-end development (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).
Experience with RESTful API design and development.
Strong understanding of web services and protocols (e.g., HTTP, HTTPS).
Familiarity with API security standards and best practices (e.g., OAuth, JWT).
Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
