BDR is seeking an zure Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team! This position will be performed virtually from the individual's home office working on EST time schedule. This position requires US Citizenship with an active Secret Clearance.

Role Overview
The Azure Technical Support Engineer will help our government client build trust and confidence with every person and organization through delivering seamless support experiences. Supporting customers/partners with resolving their issues quickly, helping to prevent future issues and demonstrating new ways to achieve more with their system.
Responsibilities Providing end-user support to our government client within the Azure network
Review, investigate and solve customer technical issues within and across teams by leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices
Develop and ensure specific technical support and documentation is kept up to date
bility to analyze and solve problems, identify issues and apply or implement solutions
Comply with all privacy, security and confidentiality policies
Required Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology, Information Systems, or other related discipline ( 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education)
ctive Secret Clearance
1-3 years of experience providing support in an Azure cloud environment
ctive Microsoft Azure certification (AI 900, AZ 900 or higher)
Experience with Active Directory, SSO configuration, Azure Identity protection, Identity Management and Azure MF
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Self-motivated, detail-attentive independent thinker, and desire for continuous learning and improvement
In addition, U.S Citizenship is required.
