CGI has an immediate need for an AWS Bedrock Generative AI Developer to join our financial services team. This position is based in Columbia, SC, Belton, TX or Lafayette, LA, or anywhere in the US where CGI has an office in the Central/Eastern Time Zones. Your future duties and responsibilities:
Develop web applications using OpenAI and AWS Bedrock. - Utilize prompt engineering for effective AI interactions. - Ensure applications are scalable, reliable, and user-friendly. Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
3-5 years of experience with OpenAI and AWS Bedrock.
Proven track record in web development and AI integration.
Prior experience with one or more model inference optimization techniques and fluent in developing inference optimization techniques in frameworks like PyTorch and CUDA
Experience with large scale machine learning systems such as profiling and debugging and understanding of system performance and scalability
Prior experience in the training and fine tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs), or experience with various inference engines
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
Education Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, data science, business analytics, economics, finance, engineering, or computer science
• AWS Certification desired

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $59,700.00 - $146,900.00.
