Social Media & Influencer Marketing

  Job Summary
Calcium+Company is seeking a mid-level strategist who is insights-driven and experienced in championing and elevating social media, digital platforms and content marketing to drive our client's objectives. You are on-trend in the social and digital space, having your fingers on the pulse of the rapidly evolving social/digital ecosystem and guidelines for the health industry, and are laser-focused on delivering measurable business solutions for clients. This individual will have the ability to build content frameworks, manage channel relationships, develop measurement approaches, and work across an integrated team. Principal Responsibilities (Duties may include, but are not limited to all or some of the following)
Oversee all social media, digital strategy, influencer marketing, and integration of these disciplines across PRotein and, as needed, clients in other divisions Ongoing social ideation, campaign development, support, and strategic consultation around major initiatives and critical moments to produce creative content executions, both branded and unbranded, for the U.S., that if required can also be leveraged globally Provide strong counsel to clients and colleagues on social/digital/influencer best practices and regulatory guidelines Play a vital role in the development of the agency's Social Media Studio influencer marketing center of excellence, which develops and manages relationships with content creators, and institutionalizes a set of best-in-class tools and processes for identification, contract negotiation, content planning, measurement and ROI analysis Partner with creative counterparts to ensure content is designed to perform and resonate with our target audiences, particularly on social media Dive deep into niche subject matter on behalf of clients and industries in pursuit of data, insights, and actions that help will distinguish our work Own relationship with inter-agency teams to ensure the client's social editorial calendar works hardest against client objectives. Understand measurement and KPIs to ensure programs are being executed and performing against the best measures of success in partnership with the Agency analytics team Monitor social conversation around clients' products and provide response recommendations Partner with paid media and analytics teams to develop, launch, monitor and report on several paid social campaigns Provide strategic direction for paid, owned, and shared social programs across platforms, as well as influencer engagements and native advertising opportunities in alignment and collaboration with brand/commercial account leads Responsible for enhancing the company's social, digital, and influencer marketing capabilities by staying current on trends and best practices Oversight of junior staff content developers on PRotein staff and those across Calcium+Company who assist (e.g., copy and art) Champion projects from start to finish with a results-driven mindset in pursuit of solid business results for clients Participation in both PRotein and Calcium+Company new business opportunities Job Qualifications (Skills/Requirements)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Applicant must be able to work 40 hours per week during regular ET zone business hours Ability to think critically and strategically Willingness to work in a fast-paced agency environment managing multiple projects at once while keeping teams on track with timeline development and management Understanding of how important it is to comply with best practices (FTC/FDA updates, platform requirements) to ensure risk and liabilities are reduced and tamed for every campaign you touch, combined with knowledge of trends and regulations Strong grasp of social, media, and influencer identification and analytics tools Provide proactive client service support: drive conversations, meet deadlines, troubleshoot challenges Highly collaborative; can work as a team player and independently Solid judgement; knows when to use personal judgement and when to seek advice Ability to mentor staff and provide direction and objectives, performance counseling and skill-building Entrepreneurial spirit, passion, and intellectual curiosity About Calcium+Company
