Responsibilities
• Provide leadership and direction for the HCA Physician Services' Accounting Department• Develop and implement department policies and procedures and internal controls• Drive process improvement and operational efficiency• Serve as key liaison with HCA Physician Services and HCA, Inc.• Oversee acquisition accounting matters• Implement initiatives rolled out by HCA Corporate/Physician Services• Assist Group CFOs with accounting guidelines and policies• Monitor and analyze financial performance• Review and analyze monthly financial statements• Other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required• Master's degree in Finance/Accounting/MBA strongly preferred• Ten years of experience in senior-level finance or accounting position preferred• Extensive management/leadership experience preferred• CPA designation required
