Responsibilities
• Accomplish aircraft-related activities including installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting• Perform operational checks and ensure conformity of interior installations and modifications• Follow engineering drawings, manufacturer's specifications, and company process standards• Read and interpret wiring schematics, service bulletins, and airworthiness directives• Use various testing devices, meters, and tools to inspect, test, adjust, and repair wiring and components• Document all aircraft-related actions in accordance with regulatory guidance and company standards• Coordinate with other departments to meet production goals and customer requirements• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Requirements
• High school education or equivalent• 5+ years of airplane avionics experience• Strong knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and troubleshooting• Proficient in the use of precision measuring tools and basic tools• Effective computer skills, including Microsoft Office and discipline-specific software• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Analytical and problem-solving abilities• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work• Willingness to work extended hours or second shift when needed
