Maintenance Recruiter- Aviation $32.00-$42.00 per hour (DOE) 3–6-month contract Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Hybrid Schedules Available! Columbus, Ohio What the position offers: Professional, polished office space Global luxury brand A culture of respect, accountability, and trust Onsite café The position starts in the office; can go hybrid after fully trained-3 days on site, 2 days remote What you'll be doing: The Recruiter is responsible for administering recruiting policies and processes to attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates for the company Develops and maintains strong consultative relationships with customer groups to establish recruiting strategy and execution by delivering qualified, diverse candidate slates Continuous improvement in the customer experience with customers broadly defined as candidates, new hires, hiring managers, HR Partners, and outside recruiters Consistent follow-up with managers to confirm staffing plans are met Utilizes Applicant Tracking System and other required HRIS systems to maintain data integrity of records for all hiring activities and employment decisions Recruit top talent and achieve hiring goals Provide a unique high-touch experience for the candidate through every stage of the hiring process Other duties as assigned Who we're looking for: Bachelors in communications or human resources 2-4 years of experience in recruiting Strong experience in a corporate environment implementing a wide range of staffing programs and processes At least 2 years experience recruiting for aviation maintenance roles preferred Ability to apply consultative skills to the customer base Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates to create future pipelines of talent Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Experience sourcing candidates through creative channels including, but not limited to networking, social networking, internet mining, university relations, etc. Core competencies: Adaptability, Collaboration, Curiosity, Service-Oriented, and Striving for Positive Results **Send qualified resumes to !**
