Responsibilities
• Receiving and carrying-out Repair Orders• Performing diagnostic services and troubleshooting• Providing estimates for repair services• Performing high quality repair services for various automotive systems• Performing Quality Control checks for repaired vehicles• Completing paperwork and documentation for repair services• Maintaining clean workspace and accounting for tools• Communicating with Service Advisors and Parts Department Employees• Participating in BMW training programs• Demonstrating behaviors consistent with company values
Requirements
• 3-5 years of automotive service technician experience preferred• High School Diploma or equivalent required• Automotive Technical training or Trade School degree preferred• Valid Driver's License and good driving record required• Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic aptitude• Proficiency in basic computer skills required• Excellent Customer Service skills required• Candidate must have their own basic automotive tool set• ASE Certifications strongly considered• Must be authorized to work in the United States
