We are looking for an Automotive Service Technician to join our fast growing team! The right candidate will have a strong service technician background and ASE certifications along with State Inspection and Emissions licenses. The day-to-day duties include performing work from specific repair orders and diagnosing what repairs need to be done. We would like responsible professional technicians. We are willing to train experienced technicians who have strong backgrounds. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs and suggestions to help maintain customers vehicles.Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications with proper documentation.Qualifications* 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification requiredB level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine RepairDexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordinationMechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentExcellent customer service skills and basic computer competenciesPositive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improveEnjoy working in a dynamic environmentTeammate with ability to collaborate with others effectivelyAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specificationsValid driver's license with State Inspection and Emissions license and clean driving record.North Star Motors Auto Group is your trusted dealership in the Western Pennsylvania area and the reason why our loyal customers keep coming back.
