This busy dealership is in need of a well-qualified automotive dealership service manager to join the team. Currently looking for a talentedpersonthat aligns with the dealerships core values and acts with respect, honesty, and teamwork. Company offers very good benefits plan including 401k retirement plan and health coverage.

Qualifications-Duties include:Guide, lead and mentor the service organization to maximize operations.Implement strategies and processes to meet department objectives.Ensure a great customer experience and maintain an above average CSI rating.Maintain a service customer follow up system that supports repeat and referral business.Hire and supervise all service department personnel.Advance manufacturer relationships.Perform other duties as assigned.

Heres what youll need:5 years minimum of experience in a dealership service manager position.Must be energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented.Good working history.Good past references.Pay range: $125k to $180k/per year, DOE
