The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive customer service and problem-solving. The Service Manager will be responsible for processing and tracking warranty claims, providing customer service support, and ensuring that all warranty policies and procedures are followed. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.Service Manager to be a customer advisor for warranty/after sale repairs - We Owe - Repair:-The frontman on all things customer service after the sale. Utilizing shop resources to get all after-sales done in a low-cost and speedy manner. Fielding all service calls. All service negotiations are to be done by the sales dept.Service Manager to be Parts Backup as needed- Learn to do all things parts so can be used as a backup if needed. Ordering, shelving, selling, returning, quoting, etcShop Foreman Backup-Learn and know all aspects of shop foreman so can be used as a backup.
