Job Summary:The Automotive Service Advisor at Liberty Honda is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service experiences to both new and existing customers in need of complex automotive services and repairs. The Automotive Service Advisor will be responsible for scheduling appointments with customers, determining customer needs and optimal repair course of action, keeping customers informed of repair progress, and addressing customer questions and concerns.Compensation & Benefits:This is a full-time, hourly customer service job in the Auto industry with a salary range of $75,000 to $110,000 based on experience.
