Mark Kia in Scottsdale is currently seeking a service advisor to join our high volume dealership.Responsibilities - Service Advisor:Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall workGreet customers, inspect their vehicle and answer questions.Advise customers on necessary/suggested repair options and costs.Offer additional services and products, including special promotionsFollow the status of a customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of workKeep customers informed of any changes that occurUpon completion of work, review work order with customerQualifications - Service Advisor:Automotive Service Advisor and Dealership experience is preferredGeneral automotive operational knowledgeExcellent customer service and communication skillsGood computer skills and work ethicA positive attitude and professional appearancePleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Valid driver's licenseMust pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screenMust be able to work Saturday's
